Christmas in Cancun

Jon and I had a very fun but interesting Christmas in Cancun. We were supposed to get there saturday afternoon on dec.21 but our plane was broken. The airline told us they couldn't get us there until monday but after alot of work I got another airline to get us there Sunday. However, we had to fly to phoenix, chicago, philidelphia and then cancun. It was nuts. When we got to the airport in Cancun it was chaos and then to make matters worse they lost our luggage for three days. needless to say we had a blast. Jons parents took me scuba diving for the first time. I jumped of a boat into 4 ft. waves and down I went... but not without panicking first. After much convincing that I would be able to breath 60 ft. below I went down. It was a blast. So neat to see the sea life. It is so colorful and beautiful. We saw huge tortises , eels, baracouda, and tons of other cool fish. We got to go snorkeling in underground caves that go for miles. We saw monkeys, igaunas, and all sort of other stuff. The highlight of my trip had to have been when I swam with Dolphins. I have always wanted to do that. I got to interact with them and do tricks with them. It was really cool. We saw the ruins in tulum which was a mayan city hanging over the ocean. It was awesome to imagine what life was like ther. Anyway, hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New year.

Happy Holidays

I love Christmas time. I was able to go visit my family down in AZ since I got done with my finals a week before Jon got done with his. I missed him tons but I sure had a nice visit with my family. Before I left we celebrated my birthday. Jon got me a beautiful diamond necklace. He is always full of suprises because he couldn't just give it to me instead he had the waiter bring it to me and sing me a romatic song in Italian. It was so sweet. Then we went to Jons work party and had so much fun. They are always so good to us. It was up at sundance. We had a delicious 4 course meal and lots of dancing and fun activities. We also moved into our new house so I took some pictures of our old house for the last time. We are still not all moved in but thats ok, it just takes so much time putting things away.
My trip to Az was so fun because I got to see all by brothers and sister and their kids. All the kids are growing so fast and they are all so dang cute. Thanks everyone for a fun week. WE will miss you at Christmas.
Jon and I are going to Cancun over Christmas. I am so excited because we have never been to the beach together and that is one of my favorite places to go. I will update you all when we get back but until then Merry Christmas!

Winter Wonderland!

My mom is such a sweetheart and came to help us move this weekend but things with the house weren't finished yet. We still got alot of stuff packed and things done but we will just have to wait until next week. I love having my mom visit! We went to Sundance and enjoyed a yummy breakfast while watching the snow fall outside. It was so beautiful when we woke up and everything was covered in snow. Cooper loved it. He was running around and trying to eat it all. It sure is Cold but it is also very pretty. We also got to visit my Uncle Brad and his family that I haven't seen in awhile and that was fun too.

Happy Thanks giving!

This year we went to Arizona to enjoy Thanksgiving! It was so fun hanging out with family and friends. I was able to go to my cousins baby shower and enjoy playing games with family. Thanks everyone.

Halloween Fun!

Carli and her husband threw a really fun Halloween party. Thanks Again! Jon dressed up as a Hockey player (i added the black eye) and I dressed up as a police women. We also brought Cooper along and dressed him as Santa Claus since the pet store was all out of Halloween costumes. He was so cute. I love the holidays.
