June 2018 and Newport

June was a fun month! Sophia and Bailey enjoyed having sleepovers, the boys did a Highland Hawks basketball camp with friends and awesome coach Fazio, Bailey did a gymnastics camp with her cousins Juliet and Belle, Bailey also did a dance camp with friends close by, we went and got delicious treats at soda rush, We celebrated my grandma Curtis birthday, my moms 60th birthday (at the beach house), Fathers day celebrations, our Newport beach trip, and we did other fun activities with friends. That is our June in a nutshell. I will expound on a few things. The kids are all doing well with their reading, and chore charts. The keep meeting their goals and are having fun while doing it. I don't love the charts because the kids argue with me about how many stars they think they earned for the day so i put Jon in charge of that! Bailey is hoping to learn a back walk over in gymnastics, Bentley is learning to perfect his shot, Wyatt is learning knew drills that will get his skill dialed in with basketball, Sophia is loving having playdates with friends, and having her siblings home, and Olivia has been so good to go along with whatever. She is saying dada, worming her way around a room, loves, swimming, and eating with the family. She is our foodie haha. We celebrated fathers day ahead of time since we would be at the beach house. The kids and i had fun spoiling Jon and telling him all the things we love about him. We headed to our annual beach trip and made wonderful memories as a family of seven! Olivia had a little tent she would take naps in and the rest of the kids played on the beach until their hearts content! There is somethings so relaxing about the beach and I am always sad when we have to go home. I do love getting home though and being on a schedule with our own family. We had fun celebrating my mom for her 60th birthday. She is an angel and always does so much for our entire family! We are so blessed and are grateful for the opportunity to make memories that last a lifetime!
