The kids are well into their first Semester and are doing great! Wyatt had a difficult time adjusting to his first grade teacher this year and it is a work in progress, but I am pleased with how he has perservered and is trying his best! Bentley has dominated fourth grade and is currently being given extra homework to challenge him. Bailey continues to have a positive attitude and is doing great in the second grade. Sophia is progressing with her speech as well as her numbers and letters. She can draw her name now and is a big help to her teacher with the younger kids. The kids activities are keeping us busy with football, soccer, piano, gymnastics, vocal performance, and dance. We love teaching them and helping them grow in activities they enjoy. Olivia continues to learn at a rapid pace and keeps us all on our toes. She smiles, waves, crawls, stands, loves eating most foods, and she is the boss of the family. Everyone adores her and we are so lucky to be a family. I am challenged as a mother by each one but with that said I am also edified and uplifted by each one. The weather is still nice and the kids and Jon still get in to swim in the pool. Jon is busy with work but is a dedicated dad and comes home early when he can to help run kids to activities. Other happenings this month were, haircuts, Grandparents day at school where my mom came to support the kids, scout activities, a rainy shopping day, school picture day, attending a birthday party for my friend Jades boy Jones.
